RealeAI lets you connect your own Google account so the app can send and read mail through Gmail and create or update events on your Google Calendar. Our use of that access is governed by the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Limited Use statement

RealeAI's use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use, transfer, or sell Google user data — raw, aggregated, anonymized, or derived — to develop, train, fine-tune, or improve any foundational or generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning model, and we do not transfer it to any third party that would do so.

AI features and Google data

• Gmail, Google Contacts, and Google Calendar data is never sent to our AI provider or to any other third-party AI or machine learning service.
• ARIA, our AI assistant, and our document-automation features operate only on data you create inside RealeAI — your contacts, saved listings, transaction records, and the documents you upload — together with real estate form and listing reference data.
• Gmail messages, Gmail contact suggestions, and Google Calendar events are requested from Google at the moment you view them, used to render that screen, and are not stored in our database or reused for any other purpose. Events you create in RealeAI are stored so we can keep them in sync with the Google event we created on your behalf.
• We use OpenAI as our AI provider, called directly over its API under terms that do not permit training on data submitted through the API. We do not route AI requests through model aggregators, gateways, or model hubs.
• We do not request or access Google Photos data.

You can disconnect Google access at any time in RealeAI under Settings → External Integrations, or from your Google Account permissions page. Disconnecting deletes the stored access tokens for that account.

We implement measures designed to protect your information, including:

• Encryption of sensitive data
• Regular security assessments
• Access controls and authentication
• Secure data storage and transmission

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We encourage you to use strong passwords and protect your account credentials.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access and receive a copy of your personal information
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete information
• Request deletion of your personal information
• Object to or restrict certain processing
• Data portability
• Opt out of marketing communications
